Unfortunately , due to the ever increasing cost of fuel we have had to increase our delivery charge to £5.95.
We offer free delivery on orders over £60.00 (mainland UK) .Orders for less than £60.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £5.95.
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, or the Channel Islands please contact via the link on the contact page, with your order details and address. We will advise of costs before proceeding with your order.
Customers from outside the UK should email us first for shipping costs. Please state the item(s) and full delivery address. We will advise of costs before proceeding with your order.
Despatch
At Luca’s Garden we aim to process and deliver items in stock within seven working days of order date to virtually anywhere in the UK and Channel Islands.
Delivery of orders to addresses outside the UK and Channel Islands are charged by country and delivery times may vary.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched.
Delivery
Most orders are delivered by courier, however some smaller items may be delivered by Royal Mail.
We will deliver goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. All Goods are delivered between 8.30am – 17.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries or deliveries for a specific time can be arranged upon request – there is an additional charge for these services. Please contact for details.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should any of our goods not meet with your total satisfaction, they may be returned to us, unused, in their original, packaging within 14 days and we will provide you with a full refund or exchange according to your wishes. As we cannot accept liability for goods posted back to us which could be lost or damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you insure them at the point of despatch and obtain a proof of posting receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods
All items are checked before despatch. However occassionally items can be damaged in transit . If you receive damaged goods please contact us directly by telephone or email and we will arrange for collection and replacement or refund whichever is prefered.
