Small light weight items up to 1kg are sent by Royal Mail the delivery charge for these items is £2.85.
For items 2kg - 5kg there is a choice of service:
• Collect Plus 3-5 day delivery - £4.99
• Parcel Force 48hr express service - £7.75
Items over 5kg are sent Parcel Force 48hr express service - £7.75 with the exception of garden furniture where we use an oversize service which costs £18.50.
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man the Collect Plus 3-5 day service can be used with no surcharge. The Parcel Force express service is available but a surcharge of an additional £7.75 is payable for this service.
We do not deliver to countries outside the UK.
At Luca’s Garden we aim to process you order and deliver items within seven working days of the order date.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours of the order being placed.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched.
Most orders are delivered by courier; however some smaller items may be delivered by Royal Mail.
We will deliver goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. All Goods are delivered between 8.30am – 17.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries or deliveries for a specific time can be arranged upon request – there is an additional charge for these services. Please contact for details.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should any of our goods not meet with your total satisfaction, they may be returned to us, unused, in their original, packaging within 14 days and we will provide you with a full refund or exchange according to your wishes. As we cannot accept liability for goods posted back to us which could be lost or damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you insure them at the point of despatch and obtain a proof of posting receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All items are checked before despatch, however occasionally items can be damaged in transit. If you receive damaged goods please contact us directly by telephone or email and we will arrange for collection and replacement or refund whichever is preferred.
